Sikkim reflections 2

The mountains float in the sky. As I walked to the rock, I could see only a mist on both sides.

I sat in silence for some time as the morning chilled my hands and the sun warmed my back.

Slowly, taking her time, she came out to greet the morning sun. Kanchenjunga and her lesser sisters lazily lowered their night veil and greeted me with her splendor and might.

It is with gratitude and awe I said hello to her majesty and to a new fresh day.
